The workshop addresses Upper Crossed Syndrome, which is based on postural dysfunction theories of Dr Vladimir Janda: chest, shoulder, spine, pelvis, and neck postural and movement dysfunction, and more. Synergetic Myofascial Therapy includes a variety of easy-to-use advanced fascial therapy techniques, rocking, movement, functional assessments and stretching to solve pain and dysfunctional mobility patterns.
- Learn how to combine hands-on myofascial techniques with active client movements to create space and structural balance in the body.
- Learn postural and movement assessments to better understand how to improve structure through specific applications of myofascial techniques. These skills will help you integrate fascial techniques into sessions for your clients.
