Description: This course presents the fundamental concepts and strategies of Synergetic™ Myofascial Therapy, which is inspired by the work of Dr. Ida P. Rolf, PNF stretching techniques, Resisted/active/ passive joint ROM, and functional movements.
The workshop addresses neck, shoulder, spine, pelvis, legs, and feet with postural and movement dysfunctions and more. Synergetic™ Myofascial Therapy includes a variety of advanced fascial therapy techniques, rocking, movement, functional assessments, and stretching to solve pain and dysfunctional mobility patterns.
Magnus has a direct lineage to Dr. Rolf through his teacher, her protégé, and successor, Emmett Hutchins.
