Description: This course presents the fundamental concepts and strategies of Synergetic™ Myofascial Therapy, which is inspired by the work of Dr. Ida P. Rolf, PNF stretching techniques, Resisted/active/ passive joint ROM, and functional movements.

  • Advanced manual Structural Integration techniques, including supine, side, prone, seated, standing, yoga poses, Z, L, and C positions based on the structural balance work of Dr. Ida P. Rolf F and Emmett Hutchins
  • Functional movement assessments, postural assessments, Joint range of motion-stability-strength assessments, Lower and Upper Crossed Syndrome-Dr. Janda postural dysfunction theories
  • Fascial manual techniques to improve: 1. Lymphatic system 2. Nerve flow 3. Muscle function
  • Contract resist manual techniques to improve coordination, stability, and strength in joints and nerve flow
  • Vibration and rocking techniques to improve nerve flow and joint stability
  • PNF, Active isolated stretching, and manual joint opening techniques with compression/decompression to create fascial balance and integration in the body
  • Fascial manual techniques for Neck, skull, jaw, shoulder girdle, spine, chest, ribcage, abdomen, pelvis, pelvic floor, pubic bone, respiratory diaphragm, hips, sacrum, legs, arms, hands, and feet to solve pain and dysfunctional movement and postural patterns. – gentle visceral fascial manual techniques
  • Intelligent session planning and advanced strategies for long-lasting results
  • Fascial manual techniques for myofascial pain and dysfunctional posture: Rotator Cuff, Frozen Shoulder, neck stiffness, TMJ, Plantar fasciitis, spinal misalignments, foot arches, knee and elbow pain, sciatica, piriformis syndrome, popping hip syndrome, low back pain, toe, and finger pain, T-spine stiffness & more

Magnus Eklund BCSI, MS LMT 144 an LMT since 1994 and a KMI graduate where he studied with Tom Myers. He is board certified in Structural Integration (CBSI) 500 hours. He is an Advanced Guild for Structural Integration Practitioner, where he studied the fascial work of Dr. Rolf with Emmet Hutchins. He is a graduate of Lillsved Sports Institute in his native country, Sweden (Human anatomy/exercise physiology). He has worked with professional athletes, USIBC Ballet Dancers & Olympic Athletes & was selected an official member of the 1996 Atlanta Olympics athletes medical team (sports MT). He is the founder of SMT & has taught since 1999 in cities like: Chicago IL, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, LA, Memphis, Nashvill, TN, Birmingham, Mobile, Dothan, AL, Biloxi, Jackson, MS, Atlanta, Savannah, GA, Orlando, Destin FL & more.
Bobbi Eklund AL LMT 1691 is an RMT since 1991, & CSMT graduate (Sunergetic™ Myofascial Therapy – 200 hours) is the founder & instructor of Enterprise School of Massage. A movement educator since 1991, she specializes in teaching advanced fascial work & ground-breaking body mechanics.
