As word about the benefits of Myofascial Therapy is spreading, more body workers are becoming interested in obtaining certification in the provision of this useful and valuable treatment. The most recent level three workshop offered by Magnus Eklund of Mind and Body, Inc. had a score of students attending over a wintry weekend packed with information and techniques designed to elevate their training and methodology.
The level three workshop (25 CE hours) is part of the 200-hour program in Synergetic™ Myofascial Therapy with Magnus Eklund LMT 144, BCSI. This class was taught at Practical Pilates and Fitness in Hattiesburg, MS, January 24-26, 2014. Thanks go to Dawn Martin, RN, Pilates Certified, for the great space, which fostered learning and engagement with the material! For those interested in taking a workshop or seminar, please refer to my CE schedule for date listings of all the 2014 workshops.
Graduates of the 200-hour program become Synergetic™ Myofascial Level 5 Practitioners and are able to offer the 10-session series to their clients. Level 3 graduates may offer up to seven sessions of Synergetic ™ Myofascial Bodywork.
